Welcome to Blue Monkey Divers LLC. By accessing or using our website, services, or enrolling in our scuba diving courses, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Payments

• All courses must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

• A deposit or full payment is required to reserve your spot in any course or dive trip.

• Accepted forms of payment include Venmo, debit, credit card, and cash.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled course or dive session to receive a refund (minus any processing fees).

• No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of your session may result in forfeiture of your deposit or full payment.

• Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

3. Assumption of Risk

Scuba diving involves inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the physical and mental demands of diving.

• You assume all risks associated with diving activities, including personal injury or property damage.

• You agree to follow all safety protocols and instructor guidance at all times.

4. Health & Certification Requirements

• Divers must complete a medical questionnaire before participating in any in-water activities.

• You may be required to provide physician clearance if any medical conditions are disclosed.

• Participants must be able to swim and demonstrate comfort in the water.

• A valid certification card is required for all advanced and specialty dives (unless part of a course that provides certification).

5. Conduct & Dismissal

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course or dive activity for the following reasons:

• Unsafe or disruptive behavior

• Failure to follow instructor directions

• Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs

No refunds will be issued for dismissals due to misconduct or safety violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, images, videos, and written materials—is the property of Blue Monkey Divers LLC and may not be copied, modified, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blue Monkey Divers LLC, its instructors, and staff are not liable for:

• Any personal injury, loss, or damages sustained during participation in our programs

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances

Participation is at your own risk.

8. Privacy Policy

Use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which outlines how we collect and use your information.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
